My Terms and Conditions

I'm your artist once you hire me, and am eager to make you completely satisfied! But I do have limits as to what I will illustrate , considering my completed commissions reflect who I am as an artist. Below you can read my terms and conditions for commissioned artwork.

Payment

If you fail to pay the amount agreed upon at the end of the commission, you will not receive the full resolution, un-watermarked image. The watermark works as a message that the artwork has not been paid for, so if you use the art while the watermark is still present, everyone who views it will know you are using it dishonestly. If you do not pay for the commission within 48 hours of its completion, I will not work with you again.

My Artistic Boundaries

I don't work on Sundays, you are free to send me messages, but please understand I will not respond until Monday. I will not illustrate, allude to, or write about nudity, nsfw content, or certain abstracted appendages. If you are interested in hiring me for a comic or children's book story, know that I will not take part in any narrative that includes excessive violence, sexual themes, strong language, or questionable morals. For more information on this, please feel free to email me and discuss what I'm comfortable with.

My Claims to Commissioned Work

Once you have paid for a commission, I consider it the client's property. The client is free to do whatever they see fit with the artwork, so long as they give me full credit for the work itself. I do post commission progress and finished results on my social media websites, but I always ask the client's permission before doing so.
